How long does it take for the product to get delivered?
Customized orders take up to 15-20 working days for processing and delivery.
In-stock products (non-customized) might at times take up to 15-20 working days depending on the production time frame.
If the stock would be ready, it would be shipped immediately.
Do you provide order tracking information?
We have an automated system through WhatsApp where we keep our customers well informed about the order status and send notifications once we ship the order. Our courier partners send SMS notifications to the customers with tracking details too. If still not received, tracking details can be provided upon request.
What are the delivery charges?
We have a flat rate of PKR 250 all over Pakistan.
International shipping charges will be provided upon request. For international shipping charges and procedures please leave us an inquiry email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would love to guide you through.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to all major countries, the product prices will be visible in dollars, and shipping charges will be calculated according to your zone and will automatically update while checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are cash on delivery, bank transfer, online credit/debit card payments and EasyPaisa.
Bank transfer, debit/credit card payment or EasyPaisa in advance is mandatory for customized products. Cash on delivery is available for non-customized products.
Do I receive an order confirmation for my order?
Yes. Once you place an order, you will get an order confirmation email with your order number.
Also, you’ll be sent a Whatsapp confirmation message to confirm your order.
Our bank transfer and EasyPaisa details are provided once the order is placed on the order confirmation screen as well as the email.
Can we send our own design for the products?
No, you cannot. All customized products are designed by our in house creative heads for which you can fill the form accordingly and even send images so we can customize it according to your needs.
We accept designs only in the case of corporate orders or any business collaboration.
How do I place a gift order?
While checking out, you will get an option to enter a shipping address different from the billing address.
So you can enter the details for the shipping address along with the name of the person you want to gift the products to and we will make sure that it gets delivered to their doorstep.
What are the Refund/Exchange/Return Policies?
No refunds are provided at any stage.
Once the order is in processing status, it cannot be canceled.
Returns/Exchanges are applicable only on products that are damaged during delivery or there are misprinting issues.
In case the product is returned/exchanged, a voucher of order amount value will be provided that can be used to make a purchase on Vogue Aesthetic.
