Customized orders take up to 15-20 working days for processing and delivery. The standard processing time frame for in stocks is 7 working days.

In-stock products (non-customized) might at times take up to 15-20 working days too depending on the production time frame. If the stock would be ready, it would be shipped immediately.

In case of sales, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, etc. Deliveries might face delay.

Once the product is shipped it may take up to 2-3 working days to reach you.

Received defected or wrong product? WhatsApp us at +92 334 2033894 with the pictures and your order number showing the defect, we will immediately exchange the product as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority.

You can claim refund within 24 hours after the delivery. Only if the product is faulty. In case of refund the customer is responsible for returning the item(s) back to us and the refund will be initiated after receiving and the inspection of the items.

Aesthetic Tales does not provide exchange for custom orders.

Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for online store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.

For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.

Items/articles ordered in our sale and discount sections will not be entertained for refund.
